Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting advertising creative, or purchasing a campaign, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.

• You need an account to start a campaign, upload creative, or check campaign status.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.

Campaigns run on kiosk screens operated through the Voltage Nexus advertising network. The screens, venues, and campaign lengths shown in the service reflect what is available at the time you order. Placement on a specific screen or venue is not guaranteed: venues, screens, and scheduling can change, and we may substitute or adjust placement where necessary.

• You keep ownership of the creative you upload.
• You grant Voltage Visible and the kiosk network permission to process, format, schedule, and display your creative for the campaign you purchased.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in your creative, including images, video, music, logos, trademarks, and any likeness of a person.
• You are responsible for making sure your advertising is truthful, lawful, and appropriate for a public screen.

You may not submit or use the service for content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence;
• promotes illegal products or activities, or products you are not licensed to advertise;
• impersonates another business or person; or
• attempts to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

All advertising creative is reviewed before it is scheduled. We may decline creative that does not meet these terms or is not suitable for public display, and we may ask you to upload a replacement. Review is a judgment call and we make it at our discretion.

Campaigns are paid for before they run. Prices are shown in the service at the time you order and card payments are handled by our payment provider. Where you choose an ongoing campaign, it continues at the stated price for each additional period until you stop automatic renewal in your account. The optional ad-creation service is a separate one-time charge and does not renew.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Screens, networks, venues, and the website can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We may suspend or close an account, or stop a campaign, if these terms are broken, if content is unlawful or unsuitable, if payment fails, or if we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. You may stop using the service at any time.

The Voltage Visible name, branding, website, and software belong to us. Using the service does not give you rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular number of views, level of exposure, business result, or advertising outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid us for that campaign. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
