We collect the following categories of information through the website:

• Account information: the email address you sign in with, and authentication records handled by our authentication provider.
• Contact and business information: the business details you enter when setting up a campaign, such as business name and location information.
• Campaign information: the screens or venues you select, campaign length, renewal choice, and campaign status.
• Advertising creative: images, video, or other files you upload for use in your ad, along with any notes you provide about the ad.
• Order and transaction information: order references, amounts, payment status, and receipts. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Support and communication information: messages you send us by phone or through the service.
• Technical information: standard information your browser sends with each request, such as IP address and browser type, used by our hosting and security layers.
• Browser storage: we use browser session storage and authentication storage to keep you signed in and to carry your in-progress campaign details between steps. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To provide the service and to create, review, schedule, and maintain your campaigns.
• To authenticate your account and keep your session secure.
• To review advertising creative before it appears on screens.
• To process payments through our payment provider and to keep order records.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, fraud, and security problems.
• To operate our business and meet recordkeeping and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on third-party providers to run the service. These include our website and database hosting and authentication provider, our payment provider (Stripe) for card processing, and the Voltage Nexus kiosk advertising network that schedules and displays approved ads on kiosk screens. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Advertising creative you submit is intended for public display on kiosk screens. Do not include private or sensitive personal information in an ad.

We keep account, campaign, creative, and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them for business, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal recordkeeping purposes. You can contact us to ask about removing information that we are not required to keep.

We use access controls, database-level permission rules, encrypted connections, and server-side authorization checks so that account and campaign records are only reachable by the account they belong to and by authorized staff. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not make that claim.

• You can review and update the business and campaign details you provide.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account by contacting us.
• You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account.

Voltage Visible is a business advertising service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
